Here is the last of the Peter Tucker items that I purchased last year. The bed is, of course, another quality beauty. You can also see that I'm really diggin' on the Far East scrapbook paper. It has been a nice inspiration. I usually sweep out a room after I photograph it, but I kept the previous set-up in this structure. Now, the Voila house almost looks like a real residence as opposed to the disaster area that I usually leave behind. Sure, it needs a bathroom and a kitchen...maybe I'll create those rooms before I lose interest...maybe.
The Goods: Bed is Peter Tucker; dressing table and full-length mirror are PRD; chair is Reac; side tables are Burberry; shelving is Re-Ment; all accessories are Fisher-Price (yeah, really!), DCWV, Re-Ment, Playmobil, AG Minis, Toy Island, Zuri, Plan Toys, ebay finds and common hobby store finds.

Love the colors! Beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteI love your Tucker series. I really want to live in your rooms. That bed is just dreamy. :D
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that scrapbook pad as well -- great for wallpaper or flooring. And the colors you chose look SO divine here. Totally dig the birch/blue color combo. AWESOME as usual, dude.
ReplyDeleteUse your magic and make it 1/1. The blue looks so restful!
ReplyDeleteJust helped throw my daughter's
30th birthday and could use a good rest in that serene room. Now I am officially cutting the cord on that child! And I mean it! Really! Yours alo tuckered out...CM
great Work!! Love the bed textils and furniture!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat paper is the perfect back drop for all of your lovely things. :)
Thanks Otterine!
ReplyDeleteI do wish I had the crafty skills you possess, friend.
Hello Mini Dork,
ReplyDeleteWe just need to find Rick Moranis (aka Wayne Szalinski) to shrink ya down. There's no indoor plumbing or electricity. You cool with that? Smiles. Thanks much!
Thanks Call Small,
ReplyDeleteI am turning into a scrapbook paper freak. I always knew it was out there but now I'm addicted and successfully hoarding "pretty paper". Send help or TLC production crew...
*GASP* My Realitty, Who told you about my Hogwarts training? That is suppose to be confidential, man! Chuckles! Happy belated birthday to your daughter. Did you officially celebrate the cord cutting too? I envision a symbolic ribbon and you with giant scissors...perhaps a little electric slide dancing after? Smiles.
ReplyDeleteHi Cheshire!
ReplyDeleteThanks friend. Most of the bed textiles are all Peter Tucker and his lovely Mrs. I'm glad you dig on this scene.
Hola Dale's Dreams,
ReplyDeleteThank you for such a nice compliment. Is it bad that I want more "lovely things"...a tad greedy? Perhaps. I might be in trouble when I go to the Good Sam show this year in San Jose.
No, not greedy at all! :)
ReplyDeleteNow if you wanted ALL the lovely things, that would be greedy. ;)
My dear Modern MC it would take an axe not mere scissors to cut this darn cord. But I keep trying.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes she knows the electric slide and jumps up and joins in whenever it is played. Oakland rocks, you "city" folk. MR
it looks like a mini house and its perfect as a house of my toy collections,it easily catch an attention to everyone for its very colorful
ReplyDeletebrilliant! I especially love the reflection of the scene in the mirror! the bed, the colours...
