This Beach House structure, priced at $29.99, is a part of the LEGO Creator sets. I really like this particular set and I think it is mostly because of the windows. I wonder if you could make a customized 1:12 modern dwelling by purchasing 4+ of these sets--utilizing the windows and perhaps switching out the yellow LEGO bricks for another color. Hmm...
