Happy Holidays 2014

Happy Holidays!

I sincerely hope that 2015 brings everyone peace, good fortune and especially more cool minis and modern structures. I know that I have been missing from the miniature community for several months, but hope to return to building small worlds and reading the blogs. I started a new job this year at an interior design firm and it's been an amazing, challenging and busy ride. I guess because this new gig offers me a creative outlet, it has taken a bite out of my available time and focus on the 1:12. However, I'll be back. I know, I know--famous last words...

  2. I wish you a great 2015 too! Congratulations with your new job, sounds great and understandable it (unfortunately) leaves little or nothing for the 12th scale, but it's great that you can use your creativity in your job. Hopefully it will be possible to have the two in a nice combination next year, if that's at all realistic ;)

    1. Hello Penelope,
You are too kind! I think the designers I work with appreciate my eye, but would never say I was "brilliant"--ha ha! Thank you!

  5. Congrats, do you ask your clients "you want this 1/1 scale right?" Best of New Years to you and yours, and some day sneak us a peek at your work. xo CM

    1. Hey CM!
Ha! I do marketing--styling photo shoots and handling PR, etc. Now that you mention it, I think that miniatures would actually help some clients visualize the designed space better...
