Mini Modernistas has some great new 1:18 scale items that you can use for the much anticipated brinca dada offerings or your classic Lundby, Tomy or other smaller scale structures. Expect to see even more 1:18 versions of Doris Nathanson's work, including a pedestal table.
You can find most of these items on the Mini Modernistas ebay store, but a little birdie told me that you can get these gems at discount pricing if you order directly via dorisnathanson14@verizon.net

ReplyDeleteHi Payton,
ReplyDeleteWelcome to crazy town = modern miniatureville. Let's see, what modern dollhouses can you get for $210...the Lundby Stockholm 2005, perhaps a M112 Pod from PRD, mmm...maybe the Contemporary Ranch kit by Real Good Toys, the Brookwood by Greenleaf kit, and if you hunt via ebay, you might be able to secure a Highland kit by Artply or other vintage modern structures. You could also build your own for that price point. Hmm...anyone else have suggestions for Payton?
Hi Payton,

ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS! Man are some fish sad they didn't get to make this home. The new bed is to die for. My wish list of MiniModernistas just keeps growing. I love her new dresser and night stand, too. Add that to barrel chairs, and new tables and ribbon lamp, and ... oh she just has so many incredible minis. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI just got a 1:18 car for my dollhouse! So cool! Now I just need a dollhouse the right size. :D
ReplyDeleteGlad to help you out, Mary!
ReplyDeleteHola Jurgen,
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting us know about the raffle!
Hey Mini Dork,
ReplyDeleteDoris' items are great. I will probably be ordering more soon. I have no will power...
Hello Kathi,
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely hitting on something that has always seemed strange to me = 1:18 cars and 1:18 figures or dollhouses never seem to marry up. It's rare that I can find a 1:12 vehicle that matches the scale of my 1:12 homes. Very weird. I usually have to find something 1:10 which is very hard to find. Does anyone know why this occurs? I've always been curious. Oh, and Kathi, what kind of 1:18 car did you get?
