Morning In The Loft Bedroom

This minimalist bedroom consists primarily of Momoll Legno dollhouse furniture. The art on the wall is Martin Puryear. Accessories other than the wood block and rocks are from Happy Worker, Re-Ment, Bozart Toys and Lundby.

    mach jedenfalls weiter so!

  2. Hi Petra,

(Thank you for such kind words. It's a combination of both really. I often build and "destroy" within a matter of hours and I typically have 2-3 of almost everything so I can decorate several structures at one time. Sometimes I do have to steal a piece from one mini setting to create a new scene in another structure but not very often. It actually surprises me that they do not have a substantial amount of modern miniature resources in Germany.)

  3. Lovely! Are the Re-ment items 1:12or 1:6? Do you sometimes utilize the larger scale?

  4. Hey CallSmall!
The Re-Ment items are typically 1:6 but they are sometimes off scale or in 1:12. I do use the larger items sometimes. I will buy a set of Re-Ment and sort through it, using Mr. Blue-Green to measure what items might work in a scene.

  5. I'm impressed! How come you know so many languages? Earlier I saw an answer in Swedish and now in German.
And - love the bedroom, especially the poster! You're really good at finding nice pieces of mini art!

  6. Hey Pubdoll,

I only know 1.5 languages (English and Spanish). I use Google Translate for other languages because I get a lot of German, Swedish and French mail. I always hope that the service is translating correctly because I certainly don't want to say the wrong thing...ha ha!

  7. Oh--Pubdoll, I forgot to say that I got the art from the SFMOMA. I buy postcards of the pieces I like--And if I'm lucky they are in the reduced section. Whoo hoo! $0.25 Bargains!
