I said I was going to put a 1:12 scene in the Villa Sibi...well, I didn't do it. I kind of got caught up making a little restaurant and bar. I'm not real sure how that happened. I got so wrapped up in this miniature scene that I actually made a dessert display tray and little dinner and drink menus. Why?? I don't know. When I started planning actual menu items and thinking about hours of operation, I knew I needed to stop.
Hi! I wanted to see if you had any open tables for this Saturday at 8:00 pm? . . . . for two people."
ReplyDeleteReservations have to be made months in advance because there are only 3 tables. The bar is always open though and there is plenty of standing room...
ReplyDeleteOkay--you are so funny! ha ha ha!
So very, very nice...this is one of your best scenes yet. Besides, this doll house is such a Manhattan studio anyway. I like it much better as the hip, swank Olive & Lime. And speaking of tiny menus, you are not the only one, just follow this link http://www.flickr.com/photos/studio7gallery/3111824034/
ReplyDeleteLol! I think the restaurant is really cool. I think it fits with the Vila Sibi well.
ReplyDeleteI would so eat at a place like this.
ReplyDeleteI have been working alot and missed this display. All I can say is OMG! Once again it is great. And shows just how creative you are. L-O-V-E the colors!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny that you started thinking about actual menu items!
