I guess this scene is most likely inspired by the fact that the person I married will be getting a new motorcycle soon. Do I imagine that my kitchen cabinets will be replaced by rolling Craftsman tool chests? No, not really. However, I do expect to see even more motorcycle boots in the hall closet which means my Chuck Taylors will need a new home.
Let's see...what's here, um the tool chests and silver coffee tables come from Mighty World, the sink and microwave are by Theo Klein, the wine rack and counter are from Selecta, the red chairs are Take A Seat by Raine, the couch is from Reac Japan, the TV is a Hallmark ornament, the motorcycle is an action figure accessory (I cannot remember which one) and all the accessories come from Battat, Mighty World, Re-Ment, MegaHouse and AG Minis. Oh, and ha ha, the silly Matrix art is from an old TV Guide cover.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteAnd how about the speckled flooring and tables? Love the Great Dane.
Oh! The tables are from Mighty World and the speckled flooring came with the Kaleidoscope House.
ReplyDeleteI REALLY like this set-up. I never thought dollhouses could be cool. I think I can admire this scene and not lose credibility as a man. :) So, you let your husband/wife/partner park the motorcycle in the house? I wish my wife were as generous.
ReplyDeleteThis is too cute! I have the world's smallest RL kitchen and I've got to say... the idea of replacing a cabinet or two with Craftman tool chests is more than a little tempting.
ReplyDeleteLove your work as usual ... however, this time I'd like to point out how much I like the blog title on this one 'Tool Kit-chen' =) How clever.
ReplyDeleteThanks! That surprises me.
ReplyDeleteI always think my titles are corny and bland. Hmm. :)
