California Contemporary by Fantasy Craft is on eBay...


The discontinued and elusive California Contemporary by Fantasy Craft is currently being auctioned on eBay. It's the completely decorated 39"x36"x26" prototype for the kits that were produced. According to the auction description, it has an estimated value of $12,000 so the starting bid is pricey = $2,500. Shipping is $1,200. Ebay Auction ends February 4.

    Ugh!! I would rather have the kit. Who would pay that kind of money for a poorly decorated mini house?? Whoever decorated it, ruined it. The seller is delusional. Prototype or not, the decor is poor quality 80's junk! Anybody notice the crap work on the crooked garage?? This shit won't sell.

    Ha ha! Okay.
    Well, I have to agree with you. I appreciate the California Contemporary dollhouse because it is a modern dollhouse, however, it is not my style. It reminds me too much of subdivisions and the monster homes that are sometimes built next door to the Eichlers, etc.
